InterlatexFoam is manufactured by Heveafoam
Asia Sdn Bhd from natural latex. The latex is obtained from rubber
plantations in Malaysia. The polymeric content in InterlatexFoam is derived
exclusively from pure natural rubber latex. The product is biodegradable
and environmental friendly.
Product
Attributes
Strength
No fillers or any additives are added. Therefore the intrinsic green
strength of natural latex is retained in InterlatexFoam. In contrast,
foam from other manufacturers, typically contain up to 30% inert filler
(e.g. clay, calcium carbonate).
Configuration
InterlatexFoam is a right through mini-pin-core cavitied monoblock without
lamination and has a thickness of up to 15cm. Such unique configuration
reduces body intersurface contact and promotes maximum natural ventilation.
Durability
InterlatexFoam comprises a complex network of ultra micro cellular structures,
which are distributed homogeneously across the whole block. This promotes
natural breathing, gives good initial contact feel and contributes
to longer product durability.
Posture
Support
InterlatexFoam has been orthopaedically designed to have posture zones
catering for optimal posture and lumbar support.
Body
Contour
The excellent dynamic properties of InterlatexFoam synergised by the presence
of the multi-million ultra-fine interconnected open-cells enables
the foam to follow the body contour and respond with the right support
pressure to the weight of each part of the body.
Hygienic
InterlatexFoam is a hygienic, hypoallergenic, dust-free, contaminant-free
and non-toxic product. The intrinsic colour (creamy white) of natural
rubber latex is retained.
Natural Rubber
Because only pure natural-latex is used in InterlatexFoam, the product
retains the (as yet) unchallenged green strength of natural rubber.
Its superb flexibility and resilience at any degree of hardness make
it an ideal match for use in adjustable beds and bed spreads.

InterlatexFoam is available in the following categories of hardness, indicated
by the foam density.

Dimensions of non-standard sizes can be manufactured by upon request.
Sheets or blocks of thickness ranging from 1.5 cm to 15 cm are also
available.
Packaging
InterlatexFoam is wrapped in clean transparent LDPE recyclable film and
is stuffed in containers at our own factory premises. This provides
the added assurance that product quality is not affected by in-transit
handling. The number of InterlatexFoam pieces that can be stuffed in an
orderly and seaworthy fashion in a container is governed by the size-mix.
