InterlatexPillow is manufactured by Heveafoam
Asia Sdn Bhd from latex. The latex is obtained from rubber plantations
in Malaysia. Like InterlatexFoam, it is a natural
product manufactured from renewable natural resources utilising the
latest state-of-the-art technology.
Product Attributes
Strength
No fillers, extenders or any additives are added. Hence the intrinsic
green strength of natural latex is retained.
Technology
InterlatexPillow comprises an intricate network of ultra micro-cellular
structures distributed homogeneously across the whole pillow. This
is made possible using the latest microvent technology.
Natural
Ventilation
InterlatexPillow has built-in mini-pins cavitation interspersed with channels
across the whole pillow core. Such configuration promotes maximum
natural ventilation and maximum sleeping comfort.
Odour
Free
InterlatexPillow is manufactured as a monoblock without any jointing or
cutting. Thus, there is no obnoxious odour from the adhesives used
for jointing.
No fillers
Because InterlatexPillow is natural latex based, the polymeric content
in InterlatexPillow is only cis, 1.4, polyisoprene. It does not contain
any fillers nor is it adulterated with synthetic latex.
Hygienic
To achieve optimum level of cleanliness and hygiene, every piece of
InterlatexPillow is subjected to a stringent and orderly washing protocol,
which leach-extracts out soluble non-essential non-rubber substance.
Non-toxic
Unlike mattresses, pillows present maximum contact with the body via
our heads. Taking into account possible allergies suffered by highly
sensitive people, InterlatexPillow is manufactured with non-toxic chemicals.
Hypoallergenic
InterlatexPillow is a hygienic, anti-microbial, hypoallergenic, dust-mite
resistant, contaminant-free and non-toxic product. The intrinsic colour
of natural rubber latex is retained.
Natural
Rubber
The product retains the (as yet) unchallenged green strength of natural
rubber. Its superb flexibility, elasticity and resilience gives sleepers
the best balance of comfort, durability, health, eco-friendliness
and price.
Types
The foam density of InterlatexPillow is 44-46 gm per litre. More details

Specific Shapes
Contour Shape (Type C)- By having
different thickness at both ends and width, it allows sleepers to
choose the side that gives the most comfort without neck pain. The
shallow depression in the middle of the pillow allows total neck relaxation;
promoting free exchange of air through the nostrils which minimises
snoring. In addition, the drains and channels on the pillow further
enhance ventilation at point of contact.
Elliptical Shape
(Type E)
InterlatexPillow’s middle section has longer pin holes to achieve
a greater degree of softness than the sides. Its sloping curvature
allows the sleeper to sleep either facing up or sideways. It also
has drains and channels to enhance ventilation at the contact point.

To minimise space and freight/transport, the pillows (with or without
textile covers) are shrink-wrapped. As such, one 20’ FCL can
take in about 1,300 – 1,500 pieces. Custom design packaging
can be made upon request.
